By subscribing to or using PulseVane (the "Service"), delivered primarily via Telegram channels and bots, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service delivers automated analysis of macroeconomic and market news — including impact scores, directional readings, and timeframe context — across foreign exchange, commodities, metals, and cryptocurrencies. All output is general information for educational purposes, as described in the Risk Disclaimer above.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to receive financial-market information where you live. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you. The Service is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its provision would be unlawful.
Nothing in the Service creates an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or agency relationship between you and us. We do not know your financial situation and do not consider it.
Free content is provided through our public channel. "Pro" is a paid subscription giving access to a private channel and additional analysis. Pro is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processors (e.g., Stripe for card payments and a supported stablecoin processor for crypto). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
On successful payment you are granted access to the Pro channel. When your subscription ends, lapses, or is cancelled, your access is automatically revoked. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, republish, scrape, relay, or share Service content or access, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Access is granted to a single subscriber for personal use. We may use technical measures to protect and watermark content.
All scores, formats, methods, models, and content are our intellectual property. No rights are transferred to you other than a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to view the content while subscribed.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, abusive behaviour, fraud, or chargeback activity. You may cancel at any time (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Thailand.
To deliver the Service, manage access and billing, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Card payments are handled by Stripe; stablecoin payments by our crypto payment processor. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies. We receive only the information needed to confirm payment and manage your subscription.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers (e.g., payment processors, infrastructure) as needed to run the Service, or where required by law.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us at support@pulsevane.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. (Some data must be retained to meet legal/financial obligations.)
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your data may be processed in countries other than yours (e.g., where our processors operate). We rely on appropriate safeguards where required.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time via your account/subscription management or by contacting support@pulsevane.com. On cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid period and then does not renew.
Because the Service delivers digital informational content continuously and access is granted immediately, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure that prevented access, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@pulsevane.com. We will review the issue in good faith and, where appropriate, issue a partial or full refund.
Stablecoin (e.g., USDC/USDT) payments are settled on public blockchains and are, by nature, irreversible. Refunds for crypto payments, where granted under this policy, may be returned as stablecoin to a wallet you specify, net of network fees.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate termination of access.
